Six services, one team, one contract
Most engagements draw on more than one. A website needs branding, an application needs design, and a network needs consulting long before it needs hardware.

Six disciplines that already work together
Because these services sit under one roof, a single engagement can cover the brand, the website, the application behind it and the network it runs on — with one point of contact, and no gaps between suppliers to argue over when something needs fixing.
- No hand-off lossesThe team that designs the identity briefs the team that builds the site. Nothing is re-explained, and nothing falls between two contracts.
- One scheduleDesign, build, campaign and infrastructure are planned against a single timeline, so one late supplier cannot stall the others.
- One invoiceA single registered entity, a single scope document, and a single set of acceptance criteria covering every discipline involved.
- 01
Identity
The mark, the guidelines and the source files everything else is built from.
- 02
Interface
The website, the store and the screens your customers actually touch.
- 03
Application
The software behind the interface — mobile, desktop or web.
- 04
Infrastructure
The network, the hosting, the domain and the monitoring underneath it all.
Two markets, one standard
Easy IT began in Yemen in 2009 as a graphic design, branding and software development company. In early 2016 we opened our second office in Malaysia.
That combination is deliberate. Our teams work natively in Arabic and English, understand both markets from the inside, and deliver to Malaysian corporate standards. For clients in the Middle East it removes the two things that most often go wrong in an outsourced project: the language gap, and the distance between what was asked for and what arrives.
You brief us in your own language and receive work built to an international standard — without a translator, an intermediary, or a time zone that only overlaps for an hour a day.

Six reasons you can hold us to in writing
Every one of these is a commitment we are willing to put into a contract, not a claim on a brochure.
Arabic and English, natively
Not a translation layer. Both languages are designed, written and proofread by people who work in them every day — which is why our right-to-left layouts read as originals rather than mirrors.
Written acceptance criteria
Speed, accessibility and browser support are stated as numbers in the contract and measured with published tools at handover. You accept on evidence, not impression.
Staged delivery
Work is broken into stages that each stand on their own. You can pause, review or stop at the end of any one of them.
Complete handover
Source files, administrator access and practical training for your team. Ownership of everything we produce transfers to you.
A registered company
Formal contracts, formal invoices, and a legal entity behind every commitment we make.
Support after launch
An agreed support period on every project, and optional ongoing maintenance so the work stays current long after go-live.
What clients ask before they start
If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp — we reply in Arabic or English within one business day.
01How much does a website or mobile app cost?
There is no fixed price, because cost follows scope: the number of pages or screens, the functionality required, whether the site is bilingual, and whether it has to connect to other systems. After a short discovery session — free of charge — we send a written proposal setting out the scope, the timeline and the final price, with no fees appearing after signature.
02How long does a project take?
A corporate website typically takes three to six weeks, an e-commerce store six to ten, and a mobile app eight to sixteen depending on how much it has to do. Work is split into six stages and you sign off each one in writing before the next begins, so you always know where the project stands.
03Do you work with clients outside Malaysia?
Yes — most of our clients are. We work with businesses in Yemen, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and across the Arab region. Everything runs remotely: online sessions, written documents and digital handover. Because our team works natively in Arabic, there is no translator and no intermediary in between.
04Do you build websites in both Arabic and English?
Yes, and it is one of the things that sets us apart. We do not simply mirror the English layout: right-to-left is designed separately, Arabic typefaces are chosen for the purpose, and the copy is written and proofread by people who work in Arabic every day. The result reads as an original rather than a translation.
05Can I update the website content myself?
Yes. Every site we deliver includes a content management system and hands-on training for your team, so publishing a news item, changing a price or adding a product takes minutes and needs neither a developer nor a support ticket.
06Do I own the website and its files after handover?
Yes. Ownership of everything we produce transfers to you in full: design source files, the code, administrator access, and the domain and hosting in your name. We hold nothing back to keep you tied to us.
07Do you provide support after launch?
Every project includes an agreed support period after go-live during which we fix any defect at no extra cost. After that you can take an optional maintenance contract covering security updates, backups, monitoring and periodic changes.
08Do you help the site rank on Google?
Yes. Every site we build is handed over technically ready for search: fast loading, a sound heading structure, structured data, a sitemap, and meta tags in both Arabic and English. If you want to go beyond the technical foundation, we offer full SEO and digital marketing with monthly reporting on what actually produced traffic and enquiries.
Let us talk about your project.
Tell us what you are trying to achieve and we will come back with a written scope, a timeline and a price — not a brochure.
We reply in Arabic or English, usually within one business day.
